The tour, stop by stop

1. Collections from Queenstown Central Hotels start 50 minutes prior to flight departure. Alternatively, we have free parking at our office in Frankton, where you'll check in About 50 min.
2. Check in at our Remarkables Park Town Centre departure lounge, where you will be weighed and receive a safety briefing. Get there nice and early, grab a hot coffee or some snacks in the shopping centre whilst you wait for your flight to depart. About 30 min.
3. Take off from Queenstown Airport with great sights of the surrounding area
4. Great views down Lake Wakatipu and passing over top of Glenorchy on the way to Milford Sound.
5. Soar above the snowy peaks and alpine lakes, heading across the Humboldt Range, before starting your descent into Milford Sound.
6. Milford Sound is New Zealand's premier tourist destination. The sheer scale and staggering beauty of the fiord are experienced from all viewpoints from the plane and then the cruise. After landing at Milford we will choose whether to take the shuttle bus or, if time permits, take you on a short walk through the bush and foreshore to the cruise boat. Once on the boat, you will take a leisurely cruise along the whole length of the fiord. About 120 min.
7. After departing Milford Sound, we will show you many more highlights of Fiordland National Park on a different flight path. Experience the razor sharp peaks, views of the Tutoko Glacier and Sutherland Falls, the tallest waterfall in New Zealand, along with stunning views of where you have just cruised.
8. Fly back down the famous bright blue Lake Wakatipu, which borders the main township of Queenstown.
9. On landing at Queenstown Airport, you'll either be met by a driver to take you back to your accommodation, or you can collect your car to head off. About 30 min.

Once you select your accommodation address our team will direct you to the nearest designated pick-up location or bus stop, which may differ from the location you are staying at. Please note, we offer pick-ups from Central Queenstown accommodation only. Pick-up begins 50 minutes prior to departure.
