Our take
Milford Sound Select runs a 12 hour coach day from 110 Beach Street at 7am, with up to 49 passengers, a 1 hour 45 minute cruise, national park fees and live commentary on the coach and the boat. Lunch isn't listed in the inclusions, although some reviews describe one on certain tickets, so confirm before you book. Hotel pickup isn't mentioned. It has about 300 reviews averaging around 4.5.
On our Milford Sound day trip comparison it's a standard coach, sold as luxury, at the lower end of the ratings. Parents must bring child restraints or may be refused travel. It isn't wheelchair accessible, but collapsible wheelchairs are accepted if a companion helps with boarding.
